Embrace Ancestral Guidance for Healing and Self-Discovery
The Living Ancestor is a self-discovery practice where I work with women, specifically women of color, who see and want to change the brokenness in the world. I help them connect with the medicine of their ancestors to heal generational trauma and support them in using that medicine to go out into the world to impact others and contribute to human evolution.

About Tamala Floyd
“The Living Ancestor”
The Living Ancestor was born from a desire to help women of color heal generational trauma by tapping into the incredible power of their ancestral gifts.
As the founder, I bring over 30 years of therapeutic experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
My journey into holistic healing and ancestral practices began in 2018, a path that truly aligned with my calling.
Retreats
My retreats offer an immersive journey, inviting you to disconnect from daily demands and reconnect with yourself and a nurturing community. Each retreat is thoughtfully designed to facilitate deep healing, draw from ancestral wisdom, foster self-discovery, and cultivate powerful connections.
